Configure Mailchimp
Choose an audience
In Configure, select the Mailchimp audience. Harlo loads available audiences from the connected account when possible.
Require email capture
Make sure the selected agents ask for email because Mailchimp needs an email address to add or update contacts.
Submit a test lead
Complete a widget lead capture with a test email and confirm the contact appears in the chosen audience.

Confirm the connected Mailchimp account has audiences and reconnect if the account changed.
Lead is skipped
Make sure lead capture collected an email address.

Return to Configure and select the correct audience before saving.
