Setup
Open Dashboard -> Integrations, choose Calendly, and complete OAuth with the Calendly account that owns the event types your visitors should book.
Expand Configure and select the active Calendly event types Harlo may show. Choose only the meetings that make sense for the selected agents.
Enable Calendly for the widget agents that should offer scheduling. A sales agent might offer demos while a support agent stays focused on answers.
Ask the widget a realistic scheduling question such as 'Can I book a demo?' and confirm the right Calendly options appear.

The agents that can offer selected booking links.
Testing
Ask a visitor-style booking question from the live widget.
Confirm Harlo offers the selected event type rather than starting lead capture too early.
Open the Calendly link and verify the event name, duration, and availability look correct.
Troubleshooting
Confirm the connected Calendly account has active event types and reconnect if permissions changed.
Return to Configure and deselect event types that should not be shown for that agent.
Confirm the conversation actually expresses scheduling intent and that the agent is selected in the Calendly configuration.
