Connect Google Sheets
Open Dashboard -> Integrations, choose Google Sheets, and authorize the Google account Harlo should use to edit the sheet.

Setup
Open Dashboard -> Integrations, choose Google Sheets, and authorize the Google account Harlo should use to edit the sheet.
In Configure, paste the full Google Sheets URL or the spreadsheet ID from the URL.
Choose a tab name such as Leads. Harlo creates the tab if it does not exist and writes headers.
Submit a test lead and confirm Harlo appends a row with contact details, source page, conversation summary, metadata, and the agent's lead fields.
Configuration
The target Google spreadsheet.
The tab Harlo should create or append to.
The connected Google account must have edit access.
Testing
Complete lead capture from the website widget.
Open the configured spreadsheet and tab.
Confirm headers exist and the new row includes each lead capture question as its own column.
Troubleshooting
Confirm the sheet tab name is valid and saved. Harlo creates the tab during configuration when the connected account has access.
Share the spreadsheet with the connected Google account and confirm the spreadsheet ID or URL is correct.
Save the integration again after updating the agent's lead capture questions so headers can refresh.
